It does come with some neat items such as in2sight live dialogue and newsletter tools. It comes with lots of space and is very reasonably priced with 3 free domain names and over 2,000 e-mails. We found that if you are new at website design or hosting their control panel is easy to find your way around but some of their web tools are hard to understand without any knowledge of website design. It can take sometime for 1 and 1 to get things in order for instance if you are thinking of transferring an existing domain over to their server it can take a few days for this to take place. Their Technical support can be contacted via email or telephone 24/7.  They do not have online live support.  Sometimes this can be a drawback when you’re in a hurry to get things done but you must bear in mind that the prices they offer are very reasonable.
